Para/Quad Services, Inc. mission is to match qualified Private
Home Care Provider staff to clients who have catastrophic disabilities,
such that clients may live as independently, productively, and
comfortably as possible.
Qualifications
The company is licensed and inspected by the State of Georgia.
The State has waived our inspection periodically in recognition
of our high standards.
Our
Services
We provide private duty home care services, including registered
nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants,
and personal care attendants on short or long-term basis, to
individuals in their homes or transitional housing. Our professional,
qualified caregivers are licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified
to provide services according to client and client family wishes
within established protocols through physician and client choices,
Nurse Practice guidelines, state law, rules, regulations, and
interpretive guidelines.

staff consists of Nurse Administrators, Directors of Nursing,

Company
History
Para/Quad Services was established by Thomas R. Frazier in 1988
after his son (J.D.) was injured on the job. J.D. fell from
a ladder and fractured vertebrae at the 4th and 5th cervical
level and transecting his spinal cord, further resulting in
